Student Recommendation Form

Thank you for your contributions to young musicians and for helping make Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra what it is! We rely heavily on your recommendations in building our audition mailing list. Please take a few minutes now to fill out the form below. If you want your students to receive audition information, it is very important that we have your list by March 7th. That will give us the lead time needed to get the information out to students in plenty of time for them to prepare.
