Roommate Sign Up Instructions

• Request a roommate for the 2025 tour by filling out the form below. 
• Signup will remain open until January 14, 2025.
• Final roommate assignments will be confirmed by the MYSO office, and are subject to be changed by the MYSO office if deemed necessary.
• Students who have not requested a roommate or have not been requested as a roommate by someone in the orchestra will be assigned to a roommate by the MYSO office.
• If you would like assistance finding a roommate, please contact Operations Director Marna Bestul at marnabestul@myso.org. 
• Additional Information:
  • Roommates will be together in all hotels for the duration of the tour.
  • Roommates will be assigned to the same chaperone group, whenever possible, for the duration of the tour. 
  • No co-ed rooms.
