Beautiful Music in an Intimate Setting
For nearly three decades, the MYSO Chamber Orchestra has provided advanced musicians a unique opportunity to perform repertoire that does not require the large instrumentation of a symphony orchestra. A relatively small string section and one-on-a-part wind and brass sections enhance this exceptional experience.
The solo-rich environment of a chamber orchestra allows musicians to perform repertoire in a more intimate setting.
Senior Symphony members are invited to participate in this ensemble.
At a Glance
- Rehearsals on select Wednesdays in the late afternoon/early evening
- Most students are in grades 10-12
