What a Season!

by Michael Gauger

We’re in the final weeks of our 2022-23 season at MYSO—and what a season it’s been, with your support!

Thanks to you, we’ve served 900 students with participatory music education—an experience that they, and their families, needed more than ever, after three years of pandemic isolation.
You’ve put us on track to reach 5,000 youths through free Community Concerts this season, and to reach a total audience of 25,000 through formal performances.

With your help, we’re making a difference for youths like Sofia, a violinist in our Senior Symphony, who says: “This inspiring community has given me a place to work hard, expand my knowledge of and love for music, and to connect with my peers. The impact MYSO is making on not only Milwaukee but also the world is priceless.”

We’re working on our summer activities—including our tour to Belgium and the Netherlands in July— and our 2023-24 season. We’ll need your continued support to change more lives through the power of music.

Please make a gift to MYSO today—and make another priceless impact on our young musicians, our community, and our world.
