PLEASE READ-Assignment & Schedule for Monday, 9/23

Hello, Senior Symphony!

I hope you are enjoying your weekend and perhaps a more relaxed pace today than your school week.  I look forward to seeing you on Monday–you did an outstanding job last week.

If you recall, I asked you to prepare Brahms 3rd movement material for this week, so we’ll focus on that this Monday, 9/23.  We’ll also review the 1st movement, play the Holst, and then read both John Williams “Across the Stars and music from the movie, The Incredibles. : )

On September 30, we’ll spend a couple hours in sectionals focusing on the 2nd and 4th movements and then we’ll rehearse them with whatever else we have time for.  It should be fun!

Please read to the bottom!

Very best,

Carter
