Take a Look, Please–Today’s Senior Symphony Rehearsal!

It’s MYSO Monday, Senior Symphony!

I am looking forward to rehearsing with you later today and can’t wait to see you!  Happy New Year.

First things first, though. Are you unhealthy or have you been exposed to Covid?  If either of those are true, best to stay at home this evening and follow safety protocols, please. Take care of the health and happiness of the orchestra!

Now I imagine most of you are ready to go, so we’ll plan to make some good progress tonight.  The MYSO alumni event was postponed, so it’s just us tonight which is kind of nice.  We have 7 rehearsals before our first performance of this music. I’ve made some adjustments to the schedule I sent last a couple weeks ago, so please review what we are doing today and next Sunday’s rehearsal. After this evening we will likely continue in full orchestra through the school day concerts on Tuesday, February 8, and our main performance on Saturday February 12.

Very best,

Carter
