Senior Symphony! Monday, October 28th Rehearsals!

Happy Friday, Senior Symphony!

I hope youโ€™ve had a really nice week!ย  Iโ€™ve missed you!

I think this is what we need right nowโ€ฆwould you please review your music and put a bracket around the few places you still feel awkward? Then, work on those before Monday? We only have two more Monday rehearsals until we perform at Play Your Partโ€ฆ.and notice our Friday Dress Rehearsal, too, please. Our program for that concert is listed below. : )

Congratulations and BRAVO to all you who performed in the WSMA State Honors Band and Orchestra yesterday! I loved seeing and hearing you and connecting with both alumni and a few or your parents, too. What a wonderful opportunity for you!

Ourย Tuesday, November 19 community concerts are just around the corner, too. Our two concerts are first here at MYAC and then weโ€™ll travel by coach buses to Oconomowoc and perform for their student musicians from throughout the district. The expectation is that everyone in Senior Symphony performs these concerts.ย ย We need the whole orchestra to be present. Information has already been sent to you, and now we just are looking for acknowledgement/confirmation from you โ€ฆ.so we know that you know! : )

Brass: Please let Mr. Duffy know your availability to play at an Admirals game

The international tour orchestra is getting stronger every week! Let marnabestul@myso.orgย know if you want to go! Also,ย 80% of anything over $150 is credited to youย during Play Your Part so that your own tour cost goes down! Please send out your requests for Play Your Part.

Take a look at our rehearsal line up below, and if you havenโ€™t already,

See you on Monday!

Best,

Carter
